Pink pasta

I am a huge lover of pasta, and of pink like you all know, but I actually had no idea that they made pink pasta until I saw this post on Luuux.
I think this looks so cool and would love to try this pink pasta, but I wonder what they dye the pasta with? I'm guessing beetroot!
